Beautifull subtle funk and freshiness in taste with very vell balanced dryiness at the end. Such a great change after having those imperials.

2015. First Euro label Cantillon geuze for me! Praise be the Manneken Pis. This is quite the funky geuze. Big aromatic rotten cheese horseblanket funk, dank musty old tangerine basement, tannic oak, and a pleasant dry finish. Me gusta

Been a while since I had this great brew! Definitely a gold standard. Sour, refreshing, great yeast profile and subtle barrel notes. Bottle says it's good till 2039, would love to try this aged.

I definitely get the hype for Cantillion on. Tart and sharp apricot with a woody barrel character. Gentle yet extremely flavourful - the sourness is bright up front with balsamic and fades quickly

Ma première du style, vraiment atypique et pleine de caractère, ça se rapproche du cidre par certains aspects, c'est plein de saveurs a la fois acides et fruitées / boisées, toute une expérience !

Very light and delicate with only a slight effervescence. Aromas of lemon peel and something a bit cider-y. White wine vinegar makes a brief appearance but very approachable
