Sin ser mi estilo favorito, birrote. Buena retención de espuma, apariencia brillante en copa. Combina muy bien el ácido de la fermentación espontánea con el perfil base de cereal, fruta, flores y el matiz brettanomyces.

Very fresh batch. Prefer loon gueuze with a little more age on it. Still great more pronounced bitterness and spice

В аромате соленные грибы с какими то древесными оттенками, сено. Немного кисленько, чайный гриб, белое вино, древесные оттенки, с горчинкой на послевкусии

En toute honnêteté, je ne boirais pas une pinte. MAIS, holy fuck que c'est funky cool comme saveurs. Tart as fuck. Vraiment un côté sour sec en début de gorgée avec un effet légèrement salé et un subtile goût de barrique en finale.

Alta carbonatación y olor intenso a caballo. Ácida y con sabor herbal, floral, y de gran complejidad a notas de granja y caballo. Al final aparecen los cereales y verdes.

2018 vintage / 4.4. This was really starting to come into it's own. Both young and zingy and some signs of slight age. Oak, slight vanilla, some lemon zest, bone dry.
