Well worth lugging this half way around the world. Delightfully tart, citrusy and piney with funk and a nicely bitterness to finish off.

Oh so good. It's wonderfully tart and lightly funky. Has a lightly dry finish. Just so perfectly balanced. To Juliana and all the moms. 💝

This is the scale. So clean and ideally balanced, with notes of funk, barrel, yeast, hops, light white pepper and cardamom, grey fleur du sel, green apple skin. Perfect! What a delightful Monday!!

Another beer to spoil myself. My favourite of the three. Nice farmhouse funk in here with some lovely straw or hay notes too. Not too overbearing, delicate finish

Forget about the fruits, all the funk is here, white grapes, funky dryness and tartness with some sort of old farm aromas

Demeure ma préférée à l’aveugle en comparaison à 3F et Tilquin. Pommes vertes, vieux foin, un peu plus ronde que ses consœurs. Vraiment bon.
