Funky cider aroma. Dry and tannic on the palate with a lovely puckering acidic edge. It's a lovely drop but the last 3 years in bottle might have got rid of some of the effervescence that would balance and elevate this massively!

The beer has a fruity aroma. The flavours are sour, sweet and a little bitter in the aftertaste. The beer has a alcohol percentage of 5,5%.
