Het zure weekend continues🤠. Ik ben helemaal in m’n nopjes hier♥️. Prachtige fles trouwens, top bier. Gewoon hoe een knaller hoort te zijn. De kurk knalde spontaan op weg naar ons. Muffe bieren zijn the way to go. De barvrouw is top. De Gouverneur is ☑️.

Dit is die muffe zurigheid waar Davide het altijd over heeft zegt ze. Dit is niet de zuurste, maar wel kwaliteit volgens de kelnerin en ze heeft gelijk. Dit bier heeft lang in een stoffige kelder gelegen en gaat nu snel naar een dorstige slokdarm

Completely forgot to add this one from a few days ago. 2017, not in proper glassware, still in a pretty good shape. So citrusy and dry, tears, tart, grapefruit. 4.3

Superb. Could use a bit more carbonation, but seeing as this was bottled in February, 2011, one cannot complain.

Close to perfection. This Lambic is neither boring nor overwhelming. Light and thirstquenching yet complex. Absolutely incredible on a hot summers day. Worst part of tasting this beer was having to share with a friend. Definitely coming back to this one!

A truly epic lambic. Smells incredibly clean, very dry cider like. The taste is acidic and raw fruits, leaving a very green or somewhat vegetal (not in a bad way) finish. Loads of tiny bubbles for a thin, creamy head. Amazing!
