As far as gueuzes go, it doesn’t get much better than this. Yes, sour, tart and acidic, but with a superior smooth complexity that is just prize winning.

A bottle share sat in the garden with the warm sunshine with the absolute David B. Before heading to the leyland festival! Jubilee weekend! This is a superb spritzy grape and apricot lambic from the legendary cantillon!

Cantillon in Santa Fe. Best gem find on our trip. Slight vinegar with mild tartness. Fruity apricot, horse blanket, & barnyard on the nose. Soft delicate mouthfeel high carbonation. Dry finish
