My first up birthday beer, 2020 edition. Sour acidity, apple is the most prominent flavour but really it is just perfect sour beer goodness.

Such a classic. Nice and tart without being too acidic or overpowering. It’s like drinking from an orchard. Sour apples, lemons, and white grapes.

J'avais jamais noté, version 2019 ce soir, j'ai toujours un peu de difficulté, mais ça va mieux, et même si c'est pas ma cam, j'apprécie de temps en temps

Famed bar from ye olde days on Ricky Steves suggested places to visit. Not sure I’m a fan of the Lambic style. Too tart.
