Bon! Finesse & équilibre, fermier (cuir, céréales fraîches, foin), raffiné, duveteux (miel brun, pain levain, sirop de fleur), fermenté (pas loin du cidre, raisin mûr), frais et piquant (baies poivrées)… impressions gustatives bien marquées & équilibrées.

Funky throughout which slightly overwhelms and masks other more delicate notes. Red apple aroma and flavor, with complex fruitness in the nose. Sour and dry.
