Édition août 2021.Enfin je goûté une gueuze de Cantillon. Bon c'est bien comme je l'imaginais. Très sec , suranné , l'acidité n'est pas mordante pour autant. Sa reste fin. En bouche c'est assez puissant avec des arômes de pomme à cidre. Super

The ideal gueze. This is quintessential. True to style. Getting a touch of apple through the Brett sour. Very clean.

Eigentlich trinke ich im Urlaub ja nur lokale Biere. Bei Cantillon von Fass muss ich da aber eine Ausnahme machen. Zum Niederknien!
