Fruits (apples, peaches), some leather. Gently sour. Everything is well balanced. It makes beer very nice and drinkeable.

Inte lika bra som smörgåstårtan. Men nästan ingen öl är ju det. Ölen får 3,75 och smörgåstårtan 4,5 men det är ju ändå ölen som betygssätts. De passade dock fint ihop!

I didn't realise lambic isn't carbonated and gueuze is, till trying the difference here at Cantillon. Strong funk aroma. Warm, smooth finish. A little dry. Quite different from the tart Tilquin gueuze of yesterday!
