Flat, almost no carbonation, pours as oil, oaky, woody, some funkiness is there.

Very soft & smooth, no carbo, beautiful complex Geuze with a wild & funky cellar tint. Seems to be a tad more complex & smoother than the regular Geuze. Very nice!

Special bottling from Menu Pineau pack. Rounder, more dry than basic version, tasty - I wouldn't mind if Cantillon made it a permanent fixture.

As before, decanted half and drank half without decanting. Decanted half wins by a good bit until non-decanted portion eventually catches up. More nuttiness and barrel character, less sharpness.

Some hints of carb! Give it some more time. The base of a regular blend but topped with a special complexity.

The barrel components yield great flavors that go well beyond their regular gueuze blends, but there is next to no carbonation. Drinking very young now, but if it carbs up and some of the maltiness burns off, it could be stellar.

LCI from Christmas Eve. This blend has a very complex and deep aroma. Definitely different than the classical Cantillon geuze blend. The same continiues in the taste. Notes of oak, raisiny undertone. Medium minus acidity. This blend has no bubble in it.

Totally flat and after the previous beer this is a bit dissapointing. Still the flavor is tasty and I wonder how this beer will taste in a few years.

Flat, a bit of green apple, pleasant cognac traces, dusty and slightly bitter, a bit of port sweetness. Happy 120 year anniversary, Cantillon!

Zajebisty charakter beczkowy. Czuć wpływ beczki po koniaku z charakterystycznym owocowym sznytem. Dalej nutki cytrusików, lekki funk, trochę nut stajennych, troszkę siana, delikatna beczka dębowa. Wytrawne,umiarkowanie kwaśne, przełamane słodyczą beczki

Blend vraiment l’fun! On sent définitivement le Cognac en réchauffant. Très peu carb. Un peu ouii !
