solid sour towards the more tart mouthfeel, not overly bitey sour either, light carbonation going on making it very refreshing

Mooi zuur en droog. Hiervoor de een jaar oude lambiek gedronken. Die is nog erg zoet.

The correct name is without the Classic which seems to be added outside Cantillon's knowledge. After that it is much what a geueze is supposed to be. Nose is sourness, taste is a well balanced nothing overly sour.

Powtórka 2020. No bdb, choć to daje trochę siarką. Funky, cytrusowe, ściąga mocno, piwniczne trochę, słodowe trochę herbaciane i ziolowe. Mocno dzike, serkowe trochę. Znowu dzięki Pan Kucyk z baru, też Cię kocham :*

Riktigt syrlig pch torr. Lik den andra cantillonen men inte lika välbalanserad. Fortfarande riktigt bra! 🍻
