A nice oak undertone. Pleasantly tart and a touch sweet. Some green apple and apricot. Finishes with dried fruit, some funk, and a touch of bitterness. Tasty.

Next to the young lambic this so balanced and refined. Effervesce gives a full creamy mouthfeel. Lemon acidity, light bacterial sourness, light simple fruity sweetness and ending leathery, vanilla/oak. Slight astringency and dry finish. Amazing
