Sauer apflig-fruchtig mit einer bitteren Note am Ende die an Zitronenkerne und Schale erinnert. Hier ist fast ein Apfelwein im Glas.

1-year old unblended. Fresh hay, wet cobblestones, old wood. Dry, somewhat flat and not cold, and somehow better for it.

27 Aug 2020 (I seem to have a lot of this bottling date). The usual: cork, moldy hay/barnyard, earthiness, green apple, faint vinegar, and getting some sweaty feet funk on the back end as it warms.

4 Oct 2016. Drier than I remember previous fresher bottles. Barnyard and funky cheese. Yum.

Pachnie dziko, kwaśnoowocowo. W ryju bardzo soczyste, wyraźnie octowe, zwłaszcza na początku, potem cytryny, owoce. Intensywne, mocno słodkie. Bdb.
