A lambic that’s old enough to go out and drink. Pretty much a perfect beer with two decades of cellaring. Sensational in every way.

Mangle de der spanske fadå som va i 1992. Flaska i 1999 står det på andra sida av korken. Ska få 4 for å vær jevla lettdrikkelige itte 23 år.

Very well integrated carb, no black mold on the cap, tons of life left. With slightly less acidity this would be a 5

Barnyard funk; lemon and green apple; oakey; great mouthfeel; no acidity; just enough tartness. Impressed for it being 23 year old

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Cork says 1998, however it's a 1999. Crazy smooth, still loads of flavors and developing with every minute it is breathing. An honor to be able to try this

몰티한 괴즈맛. 골판지 느낌도 좀 있고 치즈같이 쿰쿰한 느낌도 있음. 감칠맛 엄청 높고 맛은 꽉꽉 후미에는 신맛이 팍 찌르면서 핵과류 느낌도 좀 있음. 이거때매 애기토맛도 좀 느껴짐. 밑바닥 효모들은 아몬드같은 너티한 향이 엄청 나는디. 아리송...하구만...
