Sweet and sour wild cherry. Some vanilla. Subtle earthy sulfur in background.

SÚche comme tout. La cerise explose en bouche et fait presque penser à de la framboise tellement c'est juteux. Mineralité finale superbe. Boisé qui arrondi le tout. Acidité finalement modérée.
