Hard to get much better than this. Wonderfully sour but balanced with good cherry flavor.

It's been cellaring for about two years, and the tartness has increased strongly. The nose is full of cherries, as is the finish, but they disappear in the middle of the evolution, replaced by a more gueuze-like profile
