Heerlijke Lambic. Veel mineralen, mooi droog en fijne kriekig afdronk. Mooi koolzuurtje erbij. Prachtig exemplarisch voorbeeld van een heerlijke Lambic

Very light and mineral in the mouth. Clear and deep cherry flavour. Very classic, Very enjoyable

Big balsamic cherry pie shenanigans. Soft almond/marzipan to counteract the sharp overtones. Wet farmyard funk elbows its way through the fruit. Refreshing and not overly complex. 2020/21.
