Har i mange år gerne villet smage denne Cantillon der også står på min Wish List her på UT, og nu oprandt dagen så endelig hvor det skete 😊 Blend af lambikker lagret i 18 til 20 mdr. og abrikoser af sorten Bergeron. Frisk, frugtig, sur og tør. Dejlig øl!

Skuffende. Den har ikke særlig meget fylde, byder ikke på særlig mange smagsnoter heller. Mild fersken, mild stald.

Not very well balanced, more acidic than funky, apricot very clear, but doesn't blend well. Will keep my bottle in the cellar for a few years i think.

Fantastisk, blomsteraktig duft av søte aprikoser, fersken&litt parfymeaktig mango. Meget fruktig smak av modne aprikoser, med passe mengder syre og et lite hint av salmiakk. Noe tørrende og til dels skarp i ettersmaken. Meget fint karbonert, fløyel under

This is fresh absolutely masterous! Apricots and young Lambic at it finest. Very easy to drink, just soo much pleasure drinking THIS :)

Fou foune, altijd goed. Een stuk zuurder van de 2013 laatst was maar uiteraard ook veel meer fruit

Ongelofelijk bier, maar naast de 2015 is dit wel een goeie les. Heel fris, mooie fruitigheid, frisse zuurtjes, maar 0 complexiteit

Almost a year on from the first bottle, and this is really coming into its own; the fruit is still hitting hard, super fresh and with a low funk factor, but the acidity is building a treat.
