Best bottle of Fou I’ve ever had, hands down! Like a eating a whole bushel of the most delicious apricots all at once! Doming a whole bottle of Cantillon before 10am, I love holiday weekends!

My first Fou, expectations were high, and this still delivered. Colder it was bright and the apricot came through cleanly. As it warmed it turned funky in a perfect way. Creamy mouthfeel 😍😍😍

This is fresh absolutely masterous! Apricots and young Lambic at it finest. Very easy to drink, just soo much pleasure drinking THIS :)

The flavor is apricot, but also some green apple, a hint of white wine, a mild dry oak bitterness towards the end, as well as a very long lasting fruity tartness, but it is not too tart. It is complex, smooth and perfect and truly delicious.
