From yesterday. Shelton label. Couldn’t pick out any of the classic Cantillon funk and instead it had an almost American farmhouse quality to the yeast profile. Tangerine apricots. Restrained acidity. Will be interesting to revisit. Thanks Mike R. !

Smells like ass, tastes like heaven. Some sulphur notes but plenty of fruit and yoghurt. Pleasure to drink

Relatief jonge FF, ik wil graag een uitgesproken fruitig karakter in m'n fruitlambiek. Prachtige neus, heerlijk fruitig, haast chemische kauwgom. Funk, stal. Goed zuur en speelse toets van de abrikoos. This, I like.
