Nearly forgot how perfumy and aromatic this one is. White peach, white flowers, grassy and dried herbs. Palate is both soft and mellow, while fresh and aromatic. Significant depth and freshness om those peachy notes. So elegant.

Fles gedeeld dankzij Maarten. Bijna helder goud van kleur met een kleine witte schuimkraag. Geur is abrikoos, vlierbloesem, hooi, steenfruit. Smaak is abrikoos, fruitig, iets grassig, matig zoet en bitter. Licht zuur. Heerlijk. Check in van zaterdag.

La première fois que je l'ai goûté, c'était à une dégustation de gueuze mon palais n'étais plus lucide, je revois ma côte, Aciditée somptueusement belle, l'abricot est léger, vraiment sympas

Much needed after a long day. More mellow than expected but in a good way. Subtle apricot flavor and not overly sour. Just a nice tartness and slight funk.

The second highest rated beer in production in Europe. I was very excited to find this one in Poland, but honestly, the price and the rating are too high. It’s good, it has that expensive lambic taste, sour, dry and tart, also with apricot aftertaste 🇵🇱
