Starts off quite acidic, but the palate quickly adjusts leaving room for an enticing sweet floral profile along with apples, orange and a subtle funk. Pronounced and pleasantly presented flavour profile that marries the sour, fruity and sweet

Draught. Pale brown/amber colour. Fruity nose. Fullfilled sourness. Some lemon , toffee and butter in in the taste. Also some grapefruit and some peach in the finish. Also some cellar in the taste. RB 2008

Such a fantastic sour. So balanced. Just the right amount of tart fruit and a bit of funk. Deliciously drinkable.

2022. Loads of citrus. Bitter, dry and sweet. Subtle malty character with a touch of caramel. Notes of faded hops.
