Really unique lambic. Pale malt gives it a noticeably distinct flavor. Cantillon is always good

I wasn't a fan of cantillon before and only not rating now because its after the fact there was too many good beers and good chat. But I feel like I need to revisit these beers soon. Fuck it it's a 4.

2013 or 16, not sure. Never get tired of it! Caramel, leather, oak, smoothed out rustic hops with a touch of resiness, almost tobacco too...

Incredible wild ale. Lovely green apple, citrus fruits, some grassy bitterness, hints of oak, lots of funk and a crisp dry finish

Pleasantly earthy. Floral (a definite tea quality), oak, lime, green apples, dry finish. Quite nice.
