Tasting 2019+2021+2022 La bière a travaillé incroyablement en bouteille sur les 2019 et 2021. Le noyau ressort beaucoup (amande), le fruit très mûr vient ensuite, et acidité présente. Sur la 2022, énorme diff, pas de noyau, confiture de fruit. Amer léger

Beautifully funky, oaky and ripe cherry aromas. The taste is dominated by a ripe cherry flavour, followed with gently earthy and funky notes. Gentle tartness. Finishes dry with a tannin like astringent aftertaste. Just awesome!

2022 cork. Bit of liquid on top of cork. No mould. Moderate cherry, quite sour. Enjoyable kriek. Lovely, but 3 Fonteinen’s kriek is noticeably better.
