Bottled 14 December 2022. 375ml, 6%. Beautiful fresh cherry aroma and lots of tart, mouth-watering cherry on the palate. It's sweet & fruity, tart and slightly vinegary & balsamic, then dry and a just a touch tannic to finish. A delight, of course.

Draft always has more cherry pie and less vinegar. Nice pie crust malt supports oak, sweet cherry, and musty attic. Such a treat to have a really fruit-forward vintage. Pardon Me, Madame, Do You Have A Moment For Fancy Man Rights?
