6 years later, and it's still not really good. Disappointed, but confirmed.

Sold to me as "the holy grail of lambics". Sweet and acid up front but buttery complexity afterwards.

В начале в нос прям ударяет ферма, нотки квашеной капусты. Тут уже кому как, либо чуть подождать, либо наслаждаться сразу)))) Не прозрачный совсем.

Har nog aldrig druckit den såhär färsk! Väldigt bärig och söt! Lite mild syrlighet. Mycket körsbär såklart och lite hint av typ jordgubbar.

Pretty much perfect. Balanced and light. Acid but not overwhelming

Back home, thanks to Neil M. For the share from your Bruges bottles. Nice and jammy this.

A bottle share with the amazing Spider-Man David B. A very good fruity red berry lambic. Darn tasty.

Poured from a jug again. Amazing. Similar to the gueuze but a bit more sour. Def cherryish

2018 stored cold until today. Fantastic fresh sweet and sour character with cherries.

Bottled on Paul’s last birthday! Lovely. The sour cherries, the cinnamon edge. Yum.

Bottled Jan 2018. Zuur kers. Lekker fris, citroen, licht lactisch. Prima.

Bottled Feb 2022. Tart cherry, nice carbonation and acidity. More of the funky notes come out as it warms up. Slightly preferred the rose de Gambrinus to this but still delicious!

Well, a Cantillon on draft is a cracking starting point. 34° heat is worth it.

Natürlicher Kirschgeschmack. Angenehme erfrischende Säure.
