Lots of grape varieties, but I would prefer this to be a bit more fresh and sour. It's a fairly flat character that does remind me of wine a lot, but it's not something I particularly enjoy.

Blij verrast met dit biertje. Smaakt naar wijn. Wel een beetje funky. Niet te zuur.

Normaal niet echt een lambic guy maar kan deze zeker wel waarderen. Merlot grenache en syrah druiven en die kan je proeven ook. Soort van funky carbonated wine. Erg droog.

Dit is echt weer genieten met Cantillon. Niet te zuur, verrassend tintelende koolzuur, fruitig maar niet zoet. Echt top

2000th beer untappd. Saved one of the gems for this special occasion. I can see why it has a very high rating. Merlot grapes and aged lambics lead to a complex rich and inviting drop. Sweet, full bodied, indulgent and very red wine feel. Served at 14°c.
