#9999. It's been quite a journey. Some stellar beers, some less than stellar beers and I've learned a lot along the way. This has the color of rubies, hints of oak, and Bordeaux grapes, smooth texture.

26.11.20 bottling. It just hits different. Perfect carb, delicious grape bordering on hints of cherry. Perfectly dry. Loved it.

Have been saving this since grabbing a bottle from the brewery in spring. Absolutely outstanding. The carbonation is perfect, currants and fruity wine with a subtle tartness and stone fruit character.
