Traditional lambic indeed. Flat, funk, tart, a bit sharp. Bottled 09/09/2020.

Lightly sour. Good apple/Parmesan funk. Unique but Would benefit from carbonation. Not as special as I hoped for.

A very dry lambic, smooth and slightly tart. Enjoyable as always!

Cantillon på tapp har ändå något. Vet ej årgång. Rätt så tydlig syra, låg kolsyra och en del svavel. Det är gott.

17-18 bottled Jan 2021. Probably drinking a bit young, heavily tannic and could do with time to smooth out a bit

Serverades från fat och var en omärkt vintage. Gott, men är bättre med en refermentering på flaska.
