It's a five for shear audacity. Cantillon, sparkler, cask!? The head retention is phenomenal, the temperature is perfect.

Plutôt léger en bouche. On est sur quelque chose de très funky. On sent bien l'influence du passage pendant trois ans en fût de chêne. C'est vraiment très bon. Ça se boit tout seul. Très caractéristique, que ce soit au nez ou en bouche.

The nose is impossible to describe and probably the most interesting nose of all beers I’ve ever had. Super lucky to have access to all these great beers today!
