First sip of Cantillon. Nice bite for a lambic, would have enjoyed it more with carbonation

Still youngish with apricot/stone fruit flavors. Simpler than most Cantillons. 2016/17 lambic barrel-aged for 3-4 years.

Mucho caballo, carbonatación casi nula. Un poco de melocotón. Esperaba más aunque quizá le faltaba tiempo de guarda

First Cantillon in Gotherburgh for me. All that I expected in goodness. Has a bit of an after urner, but not bad.

Didnt know its flat.. well,taste is nice. Lemon zesty and light but does lack a kick from the bubbles.

Sharp with lemon notes and a bit of funk. Would be better carbonated.

Bogate, kompleksowe, złożone. Bardzo funky, trochę konia, bardzo owocowe, lekko octowe też jest, ale nie jest gryzące. Trochę dębiny. Bez nagazowania (jako straight). Bardzo pijalne. Kwaśne. Cieprkie. Dość pełne, słodkawe jak na lambica. Smaczne.
