First time trying a non carbonated beer. Really enjoyed. Very easy to drink and a little sour/tart which I like :))

Well well, might be drinking this a bit too fresh but I'm loving the oaky notes, nice deep colour, hints of citrus with a tart finish #12BeersOfXmas

Funky and slightly fruity, not super sour, almost flat, straight lambic is not your everyday beer haha

Le goût est un excellent équilibre de fruits avec des notes de pomme rouge, d'abricot et de raisin rouge avec un fort caractère de chêne tannique et un peu de vinaigre balsamique. Finale plutôt sèche, avec une acidité légère/moyenne.
