The nose is impossible to describe and probably the most interesting nose of all beers I’ve ever had. Super lucky to have access to all these great beers today!

Au nez des notes fruitées, de spiritueux, de chêne et sauvages (cuir) . En bouche, attaque acidulée et amère, presque tannique (un peu trop). Puis vient des notes fruitées, d'abricot et d'orange. Une finale longue et chaleureuse.

2002 fles, geproefd in 2010: rijpe mango, grapefruit, citroen, perzik uit blik. Zuur, vrijwel geen koolzuur. Lange nasmaak.

W aromacie dzikie, skórzane, lekka serowe, owcowe, jabłko, morela, trochę drewna i wanilii, w smaku drewno, wanilia, funk, trochę owoców i też trochę octu, kwaśność dość wysoka, lekka pełnia od tanin, bez gazu, fajne ale są lepsze Cantillony ;)

2 year old straight from the barrel so not a Grand Cru yet. Sorry drank all before taking picture. Slightly tart aroma but tart at all. Feels almost tannic/woody - and very easy drinking.
