Again, moderate carbonation, but the tartness is dialed down. Instead there is an upfront sweetness. Elderflower is weird. Aroma is herbal and savoury. Flavour is similar - reminiscent of a fragrant spice you'd find on roasted potatoes. Unique and good.

Heady elderflower and apricot nose. Fresh elderflower presse, dry apricot skins, and earthy, bitter green woody stems. Curd cheese, poppy seed and a hint of sweaty horse tack.

Soft apricot pulp & skin, aromatic, floral elderflower presseé & Brett-y funk on the nose; taste is tangy little white grapes floating in elderflower champagne with a sprig of chamomile; then vinous, dry champagne, grape, musty funk & virgin oak tannins.

A lovely subtle beer. Not much elderflower but you know its there.

Complex, warm, and conversational. Tastes much better when shared with your best friends.

2020 vintage. Great funk to this guy. Earthy and floral notes, for sure. That peppery seasoning that complimented the funk was a great touch you only get from wild fermentation.

A nose with a ton of funk & vinegar. Musty grapes, wet gym socks & Mexican cheese. Oak drives the palate with apple peel tannins & dust. This screams for ripe grapes & gnarley soft cheese. It’s cool on its own, but it needs fruit & cheese 2 b fully enjoyd
