Es ist eher wein als bier, auch bei 5% Steigung, keine Kohlensäure. Antrunk unangenehm sauer, bisschen Litschi, dann aber richtig interessanter Abgang mit Noten von Röstkastanie.

あんまり酸味はなく、むしろ少しのモルティさと渋味を感じるな。全体的にはドリンカブルなサワーという印象。少しグレープフルーツ。うーん。物足りないな。

MUCH drier sour than I’ve ever had. Since it’s straight from the barrel it doesn’t have the carbonation
