Forte saveur de framboise avec bonne acidité . Pas tant dans l’équilibre cest lourd un peu. Mais bcp de saveur. Belle expérience mais on passe au prochain

Finally get to scratch this out my wish list. Good amount of raspberry tartness, jammy blackberries, some tannic red wine grapes and vanilla undertones.

What a blend or sweet fruits and zesty, piquant spice. There’s softness from the raspberries and blueberries and potency from the young blooming gueuze. Magic in the abstract experience but magic in the natural, wild yeast fermentation of the lambic.

4.35 酸我是喝不明白的吧… 闻到了香草的味道，是舒服的，是夹杂着臭味袭来的 和不掺杂水果的贵兹相比没有那么的酸？也可能是因为我喝得有点麻 我感受到更多的是funky与臭味 我还以为香草会带来味觉上的甜，但其实只有嗅觉上的香气 倒酒出来时有较厚较绵密的泡沫，不知道是否与酒比较新有关系哦 这粉粉的泡沫倒出来真的很漂亮emm 是不是说，莓果做的酸没有那么的解酒？
