Yea this turned out well, more rounded on draught, almost letting those framboises shine with a jammy coulis thickness before tying it closed with that big C puckering dryness. Refined touches of fruitpip bitters and vanilla.

Yeah this is crazy yummy. Tart and juicy berries up front are rounded off with that vanilla on the finish. The tannins are pleasant as well.

2921 vintage - Like RdG on steroids. So heavy on the Raspberry, with hints of spicyness from the vanilla. Almost like a Noyaux. The couple of years in the bottle has done it good, sinse the 2022 is way to intense to be enjoyable.

First time back since 2017. New taproom, same great Lambic. This is tart, fruity and delicious. Maybe a hint of vanilla, but not much.

Big fruit and tart nose. Slight acidity on the palette. Blueberry and some raspberry and hint of of vanilla and oak in the finish.
