Wooooosh I wish I'd gotten a full measure. Surprisingly not too tart given the base fruit, a nice creaminess to it. Reading there's vanilla which may well have contributed. What a tasty little package.

2018 or 2019 bottle (no back label), vanilla is gone but still had a nice fruit character

Burunda hafif farmhouse. Meyveler burada. Funky. Biraz kuru fasülye kokusu. Kükürtsülük? Damakta çok meyvemsi. Meyveler şuruplu, frambuaz ve yaban Mersin’i bariz. Ekşilik. Sek. Crisp.Hafif asetik. Vanilya çok alttan geliyor pastry’msi bir lambik çıkıyor🍻

완전 쨈같고 새콤한테 바닐라 뉘앙스가 올라온다. 취향이 아니라 먹진 못했지만 부재료가 정말 폭팔적이고 바닐라을 이렇게 섬세하게 쓰는게 인상깊었다.
