Oxydation typique des vins du Jura, la noix, le curry, superbe acidité, très bonne maîtrise et belle longueur (je voulais mettre 4,5 mais Simon m’a raisonné )

Taster from another table's bottle. Aged in cognac bottles. Great nose!

Old enough that the cork was a pain in the a$$, but still absolutely delicious. Not quite as tart as fresh but plenty of the barrel still present.

On sent la pomme verte. Un peu plus de mordant aurait amené le tout a un autre niveau.
