Version 2020 en fut de cognac. Ça a super bien évolué content de l'avoir gardé celle ci. Le vieux lambic envoûte le nez et la barrique de cognac s'exprime super

de Garde 10th. A bit less complex than I recall it in the past to be. Has a heavier sweetness to it, otherwise a similar profile to the already delicious classic geuze.

Zacht, maar mega complex. Genieten! Uiteraard knetter droog. Neus witte wijn, naast het fraaie zuurtje behoorlijk zoet.

Cognac. Farm. Barnyard. Lemon. Light sour. Then some sweetness from the barrel. Wood too. Great.

2021 год. К коньяку добавилась марсала и ром. Очень мягко. Очень вкусно. Прямо сама деликатность. Гёз и на нем чуть винности плюс ощутимая бочка. Будто бы чистая, но наверное, ромовая. Шикарный образец! Угостил французиков в баре во славу России!
