Haven’t had a kriek that fresh, still very juicy but the cherry pits become noticeable as it warms up.

Heerlijke kriek, veel smaak komt naar voren! Voortreffelijke kriek! De buurman omschrijft het als bijna champagne-achtig en terecht. De champagne onder de lambik bieren!

Cherries are dominant and slight acidic. Needs more funk.

Cassisje, koolzuurtje, je kent het wel. Droog, hout (geen mahonie trouwens) en licht vineus, of niet. Tafelpootje in de haard doet het goed (net relevant trouwens, voor het bier).

Lovely fruity cherry and almond nose. Nice bit of cherry stone bitterness. Low carbonation but not with that much depth yet. It is however very nice and clean.
