Sure, it’s flat. Like always. But GCB has so much more flavor than Cantillon’s (young) geuze. Lots of oak, citrus, and quite bitter. I think if this were well carbonated it would be much more appreciated and higher rated. 24 Jan 21 bottle date.

Mandje inwijden! Volledig plat, stal, speels zuur. Drinkt weg als limonade. Heerlijk. Cantillon, c'est bon.

Mijn 1e cantillon.

So much flavour in this great rich flat body.

Bier om te vieren. Hoort er geen bubbel in? Gaat goed met chocoladebodem-aardbeienkwark-aardbeiendrizzle-taart.

Perhaps hard to tell, but kept on it's side and suffered some slight leakage. Residue on side of bottle.

Lightly sour citrus and stone fruit, with funk, lots of acidity, and a really dry woody finish. A lovely palate cleanser.
