17 Feb 21 bottling. Much better than the last (2020) batches of Cantillon Gueuze I’ve had. Classic woody, funky, green apple and citrus flavours with fine carbonation.

Bien moisie et sauvage, moins légère que les précédentes, smooth apple 🍎 aigre-douce, presque farineuse, belle longueur finement acidulée et wild 😜

Lovely funk, dry, soft, light tart, typical Cantillon geuze. Always good!

Probably this one (could be the 2020). Lovely. Sweet, funky, smooth af. Delicate fruity and woody flavours. Excellent.
