16-17 or 2020? Delicate funk, still enjoyable still. Don’t miss the carb all that much...

2020 bottling. Flat as a pancake lambic. Distinctive cantillon citrus funk. No carb allows a grainy flavour in too. Underrated cantillon.

Voor mij een nieuwe ervaring. Lekker zuurtje, maar als liefhebber wel wennen aan het 'platte'. Maar zeker geen slechte start in dit nieuwe gamma voor me.

Красное золото. Дух: навоз, белое вино, лимон, яблоко, уксус, лак, старый козел. Плоть: сухая терпкая, слегка сладкая. Персик, яблочный уксус, лайм, мед, хмель, немного говна. Легкое тело без карбонизации, послевкусие: стойкая кислая горечь. Не знаю...

Pours light amber with aromas of preserved lemons, green apple, thyme and lemongrass. On the palate, its particularly sour, woody and slightly astringent. The finish is very dry with a long but gentle bitter bite

So it’s funky as expected. Acetic. Very mineraly, lots of iron, almost to the point of notes of blood.
