This remains a beautiful brew. The stone fruit filling out the lambic with fulness and warmth. Goes rather well with dinner. Yum.

The best bottle of Fou I’ve had, loads of bright apricot jam flavour and only a subtle touch of tartness on the finish. Really mouthwatering and one to savour for sure. Delicious

Aug 27, 2019 batch - celebrating the day we were supposed to get married with one of our favorite beers 🍻. This one had more minerals, slightly more tart, still awesome though

Kupa moreli, pestkowość, leciutki ocet na finiszu, pięknie szorstkie. Dzikusy obecne, ale jakoś się nie wybijającego, choć robią robotę. Mogło by być bardziej kwaśne

Stond al jaren op verlanglijst! Wow, wat een hoop abrikozen in de smaak. Zuur valt mee, vooral veel fruit en mooi in balans. Like 😍

Duft av eplecidereddik, litt druestein&aprikos. Smak av eplecidereddik med trykk på eplecider, mye, men avrundet druestein, aprikos inkl aprikosstein&litt melkesyre. Sprudlende, noe bruspulveraktig mf. Har utviklet seg siden sist, 1/2 år siden. T200819.

Acide, bien sur l'abricot. C'est pas forcément mon truc mais c'est cool à goûter.
