Has gotten noticeably more sour, not quite as juicy as fresh.

First, I'd like to thank Bret for the fabulous beer. And, of course, my liver for putting up with me all of these years. Cooper's Sparkling Ale, you were my first foray into craft and I'll never forget you. And thanks, Dad, for giving me that first sip.🍻

20Aug2019. Great fruit, light funk. The apricot is very present in this one.

Fairly tart. Lots of bright apricot notes. Clean and tasty!

I love fou! The apricot and funk are so well balanced. Apricot starts off acidic but quickly disappears with horse blanket and dry straw mouth feel

LCI. I’ve somehow managed to tick this 3 times in the last month. One of the many perks of Jeff’s lambic hoarding obsession I suppose.

So awesome! Nose of apricot jam and tart and true fruit, modest funk.

Not a lot of funk. Just clean apricots. Happy anniversary to me.

A little birthday Fou is always an awesome tradition. Bright, lemon and a warm sweet apricot finish that is very balanced and delicate. Little bit of funk developing on the tail. Beautiful beer

Bottled Aug 19’. An all time classic that didn’t let down at all. It’s got this incredible balance of sourness and sliced peaches.
