Sat on this for way too long but such a treat from the bottle and I fully see the appeal. Lots of raspberry jam, vanilla, blueberry, nice funk, some mild acidity and bitterness. Very Bokke like in nature albeit not as bold. 4.4.

Celebrating Anna’s promotion! This is much more tart than I expected. The vanilla is barely there, but maybe it’s the age.

A great beer for an even better celebration. The sweetness of the berries balanced well with the tartness. Reminded me of Sang Bleu

Beautiful aromas of cherries and vanilla, almost creamy mouthfeel and good carbonation, but surprisingly acidic for a Cantillon. Even a bit aggressive for a Cantillon.

Aged great. Super jammy mixed berry pie. Tart acidity, pie like with clearly Lambic depth. Really good.
