My wife says that any day is a special occasion… Shocked at how young this one seems. All the character of fresh still lambic—cheesiness, underripe lemon, sour grapefruit juice, etc. The wood/vanilla of other vintages I’ve had is absent here. But enoyable

Geen koolzuur, maar dat hoort zo en was bekend. Terecht de ontbrekende schakel genoemd tussen bier en wijn. Mooi slokje, maar echt wel een buitencategorie.
