Korken her har lekket en del. Lå ett geuze lag når jeg åpnet den vanlige korken. Smaker noe tammere og "yngere". Så rater ikke

realised this is the right check in for the cantillons we’ve been having - not the 100% lambic bio, oops! still, what a lovely beer.

Absolute perfection. Don’t know how you get a better beer. Thanks Kian M. For the treat. So complex but not overwhelming. I guess that’s what true balance means for these wild ales. Each sip brought something new. Special one.

30Sept2021 bottle. Great funk, touch of cheese, apple skin, even white grape. Really lovely, better than the 375s I had from earlier in the bottling season.
